Call is manageable with a 1:5 rotation (typically one weekend and one Monday-Thursday block every 5 weeks).
- Diverse Practice Environment: Treat a broad spectrum of ENT conditions in a general practice setting. Fellowship-trained physicians are welcome, and an otology focus/interest would be ideal to complement our existing team expertise.

Our organization utilizes the Epic electronic medical records system for efficient documentation, streamlining your workflow and allowing you to focus on patient interaction.
- Work-Life Balance and Flexibility: Maintain a healthy work-life balance with flexible scheduling options within clinic hours (typically 8 am to 5 pm) and one surgical day per week once your practice is established.

What You'll Do:
- Provide comprehensive diagnosis and treatment for a wide range of ear, nose, and throat conditions in both adults and children.
- Perform in-office procedures and surgeries in an ambulatory setting.
- Collaborate effectively with other healthcare professionals, including surgeons, nurses, and audiologists, to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Conduct thorough patient consultations, educate patients and families about their conditions and treatment options, and provide clear and compassionate communication.
- Maintain accurate and detailed patient records within the Epic electronic medical records system.
Who You Are:
- Board-certified by the American Board of Otolaryngology (ABO) or board-eligible with a demonstrated track record of clinical excellence. General ENT practice is preferred, with fellowship training and an otology focus/interest a plus.
- Possess or be eligible to obtain an active state medical license in Washington State.
- A commitment to providing high-quality, patient-centered care while maintaining a healthy work-life balance.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to effectively interact with patients, families, and healthcare professionals.
- The ability to maintain comprehensive and accurate patient records within the electronic medical records system.
- Must be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 (religious and medical exemptions considered upon request).
